• Advocate for property tax relief programs for senior residents and first-time local homebuyers

• Champion a traffic-calming and safety upgrade for Western Avenue, including radar speed signs, crosswalks with flashing beacons, and coordinated traffic signals to manage traffic flow better

• Work with the Knoxville Police Department to reinstitute neighborhood liaisons for safety concerns and updates

• Launch a "District 3 Clean Team" initiative to stop rampant illegal dumping and littering in our district

• Implement a "Neighborhood First" policy requiring developers to hold publicized community meetings before major projects
