My roots in Knoxville run deep. From my earliest days at Ridgedale Elementary, through Northwest Middle School and West High School, to earning my degree at the University of Tennessee, this city has shaped who I am. Like many of you, I've experienced Knoxville's growth and changes firsthand, and I believe in our city's incredible potential.

Knoxville is where I met my wife, where we chose to build our life together, and where we're now raising our family. My commitment to Knoxville goes beyond just living here – I'm invested in making our community stronger.

Through my work with the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center, I help foster the next generation of local business leaders. As a real estate investor in both residential and commercial properties, I understand the challenges of keeping our city affordable while promoting smart growth.

Why Vote for Frank?

I'm running for City Council because I want to ensure Knoxville remains a place where all children can thrive and choose to stay. We need to focus on making our city affordable again while maintaining the safety of our neighborhoods and creating economic opportunities that will keep talented young people here after graduation.

My approach to public service is hands-on. When I see a problem, I take action. Whether it's calling 311 about illegal dumping or picking up litter myself, I believe in being part of the solution. This same proactive attitude is what I'll bring to City Council.
